1 head of Romaine lettuce
4 stalks of celery
1/3 bunch of cilantro *
1/3 bunch of parsley
1/2 lemon juiced
2 apples
2 pears
1 banana
*If you do not like the taste of cilantro-use another herb that you enjoy-such as more parsley, mint, basil, etc.
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and all material has liquefied. This way you are not losing the fiber from the vegetables which helps the detoxing process also.

Do you consume this in one sitting? How many servings are in this recipe. It seems like an awful lot for one person to drink.
Hi Kerri and thanks for your question- the water content would amount to about 2-3 glasses of juice and yes this would be either for 2 people or 1 person. It is so good for you if your looking for high vitamin and nutritional content.
If your concerned about the fluid content remember we should consume 7 to 8 glasses of water per day. Try it …its great!
