Diet pills or appetite suppressants  cause more harm that they are proven to solve and relying on a pill does not change your bad diet habits.

Tip Two: Diet pills are made in third world countries and quality is thrown out the window. If you want to lose weight -don’t risk your life on diet pills that are not proven and are usually no better than a sugar pill that the advertised ingredients.

Tip Three: Drink healthy clean water not what comes out of a tap, since tap water contains a large amount of chlorine and you need to filter with oxygen to get rid of the bacteria in water.

Tip Five: Drink organic fruit juices and stay away from  soda pop especially diet sodas which contain Aspartame which can lead to either death or a coma.  The chemicals are very toxic to human life.  Make your own juices from fresh fruit and drink 5-8 glasses per day.

Tip Six: Avoid Night Time Snacks which require you body to digest over night since foods consumed late a night need to be working your body’s digestive system while you sleep.  Enjoy your food at regularly scheduled meals.

Tip Seven: Do not eat high sugar foods when you are hungry since the sugar high sets up an imbalance in your blood sugar levels which leads to either diabetic concerns or hypoglycemic problems.  Either eat a protein snack or a grain when you are hungry as a snack.

Tip Eight: Skipping meals is a good way to get diabetic problems -the blood sugar level starts a high low cycle that is hard on your body’s insulin and sugar levels.  Enjoy smaller meals during the day up to five meals but do not skip meals.
